The breakfast was acceptable, and staff managed the number of people adequately.
The pool was Surprisingly small for such a LARGE and busy hotel. It was honestly a big disappointment. I returned around 3 a.m. and was unable to enter freely. I expected a hotel of this size to have 24/7 access without any issues, this really caught me off guard.

i loved the rooftop access so much. the views are amazing! the breakfast had so many options, i was thrilled. the staff seemed to speak every language, it was very excellent.
the room seemed to have no noise proof. i could hear everything from the corridor, it was too noisy to fall asleep. also, the pool was tiny. the low quality drinks were overpriced there.

i stayed in a room with a view on the 16th floor. the view was amazing. the location is very central and convenient for exploring the city. the parking located right beneath the hotel was practical.
the room could be a little bigger. the room was decent, but it felt a bit small.

the location proved convenient for accessing various parts of the city. the room had a functional climatization system (it was quite effective). i also appreciated the relatively quiet atmosphere within the room.
the breakfast experience was somewhat disappointing. i found it excessively crowded. the room lacked certain amenities such as a coffee machine and the wi-fi signal was quite weak throughout the stay.

The room was clean. It was also quiet, this was great. The included breakfast had a lot of options. Fresh foods were also available.
Check in took a long time. I waited 40 minutes, this was slow. There was not enough staff. Lines to ask questions were long. Elevators are very full and slow, this is inconvenient.
